- Anchored Style accepts returns for credit or refund (excluding shipping and processing charges) on purchases made directly through the company website (www.anchoredstyle.com) as long as the returned product is not visibly worn or damaged. For a refund, the original packing slip and invoice must be returned along with the product within 30 days of purchase. The refund will be made in the original form of payment. Please note that for credit to your credit card, it may take up to one full billing cycle for the credit to reflect on your statement.

Please include a note in your package indicating the size and style that you would like, in addition to a return address and telephone number. We will then send you the replacement product as soon as possible.

What is Personal Information?
